Release & Renew: A Collaborative Afternoon at Zana Well

Join us for a nourishing and restorative afternoon designed to support release, reconnection, and nervous system reset through movement, breath, stillness, and community.

This special 2-hour experience weaves together fascia release, guided breathwork, tea, journaling, and optional Japanese acupuncture in a calm and welcoming environment.

Led collaboratively by Luis Cote and Jeyda Deyna, the afternoon is designed to gently guide participants inward - helping create more space in the body, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of grounding and presence.

The experience will include:
• Guided fascia release and mindful movement
• Breathwork for regulation, release, and reconnection
• Herbal tea + nourishing light snacks
• Journaling and reflective integration
• Optional Japanese acupuncture during meditation
• Gentle community connection

As part of the experience, Shiori and the acupuncture team will offer a simple “one needle, one point” Japanese acupuncture approach during the closing meditation. Acupuncture is entirely optional, and participants are warmly welcome to participate in the experience with or without needles.

No prior experience is needed.

The session begins with a gentle breathwork journey guided by Jeyda Deyna, followed by a meditative sound bath by Xavier Allen, designed to settle the body and open a relaxed, receptive state.

  • Blanket or sweater: The room may be cool, so bring something warm for relaxation.

  • Pillow or cushion: Optional for extra neck or back support during seated or reclining positions.

Before the Session:
