A seven-night sailing journey down the Dalmatian coast - Split, Brač, Hvar, Vis, Korčula, Mljet, Dubrovnik. Sunrise practice on deck, sailing by day, anchored evenings in coastal towns where the menus haven't changed in decades.
Hosted by Yoga Sailing Holidays aboard the Oceanis 48. Jeyda joins as guest breathwork instructor - bringing the studio's evidence-informed practice to the morning and evening sessions, in partnership with the resident yoga teacher and skipper.

— How Jeyda Travels
Jeyda accepts a small number of guest-practitioner engagements each year - most often with European sailing-and-yoga programs, creative residencies, and curated wellness retreats.
Each invitation is mutual. The partner has built the route, the boat, the yoga curriculum. Toronto Breathwork brings the breath component - science-informed, embodied, integrated with whatever else is being held in the room or on the deck.

Calliope Journey is the creative-flow retreat and experience arm of Toronto Breathwork - smaller, thoughtfully crafted gatherings rooted in our three pillars: breathe, create, and flow.
Designed for artists, leaders, seekers, and curious humans alike, these experiences combine breathwork, sailing, creative practice, and meaningful connection in extraordinary settings. The first collection is currently in development, with an inaugural series planned along the Croatian coast.
