Breathwork for Sailors: Focus, Performance & Recovery
A 3-Week Course
High-pressure situations on the water demand clear thinking, quick decisions, and a steady nervous system. This three-week course provides practical breathing tools to help sailors stay calm, focused, and resilient - whether racing, cruising, or preparing for a day on the water.
Led by Toronto-based breathwork facilitator and sailor Jeyda Deyna, each session is designed around the unique mental and physical demands of sailing. Drawing from her experience in competitive sailing, international racing, and professional breathwork facilitation, Jeyda combines evidence-informed breathing techniques with practical applications for life on and off the water.
Sessions may include guided breathwork, nervous system regulation techniques, visualization, grounding practices, light movement, and recovery-focused exercises. No previous breathwork experience is required.
