Real seamanship
A practitioner who started on the water — long before the breathwork.
Flow is led by Jeyda — sailing instructor since 2008, internationally raced, and trained with the all-women's Canadian Olympic Match Race team. The boat came first. The breath came when she noticed that a good sailor and a good practitioner were doing the same thing — reading subtle pressure, staying loose under load, trusting the long arc of the wind.
For on-water experiences, Toronto Breathwork works with certified charter and outfitter partners — vetted operators with Transport Canada inspected vessels, licensed skippers, and the kind of safety standards that don't bend in a stiff breeze. Jeyda designs and leads the experience; the partners run the boat.
That matters when the wind picks up. It matters when a guest is nervous. It matters when ten people you don't yet know need to feel safe enough to take a deep breath in open water.

— How pricing works
The Sunset Sail and Wellness Sail are productized at fixed per-guest pricing. Public SUP, Voyageur Canoe, and the International Retreat involve partner operators — pricing is shown as a transparent pass-through (ferry, rental, host fees) plus Jeyda's facilitation. Corporate Charters and bespoke engagements are priced by enquiry. No markups on partner services — only the work that's ours.

— Why the boat
A boat is a nervous system
in motion.
There is a physiological reason sailing calms the body. The horizon resets the visual field. The motion regulates the vagus nerve. The wind asks you to pay attention — but kindly, not aggressively.
For teams especially, a boat is the perfect container. No phones work well out there. Hierarchy gets quiet. You move together because you have to. And by hour three, the conversations are different than they would have been in any conference room.
We've watched it work for engineering teams, design leadership, founders' retreats, and family offices. It works because the boat does most of the teaching.
"Jeyda is an amazing energy orchestrator."
