SEASON
May – October
A practitioner who started on the water long before the breathwork.
Flow is led by Jeyda - sailing instructor since 2002, internationally raced and trained with the all-women's Canadian Olympic Match Race team.
The boat came first. The breath came when she noticed that a good sailor and a good practitioner were doing the same thing - reading subtle pressure, staying loose under load, trusting the long arc of the wind.
For on-water experiences, Toronto Breathwork has partnered with vetted operators at Waterfront Toronto and Toronto Island. Canadian-flagged, insured vessels, crewed by trained professionals.
Not every Flow experience requires breathwork — some are simply about removing the friction between you and a good day on the water. Breathwork is always available as an add-on for those who want it.

TORONTO HARBOUR & ISLAND
We handle the logistics. You simply enjoy the journey.
A day on the water should feel restorative - not like a scheduling puzzle. Drift through the island channels by paddleboard, or catch the wind aboard a sailboat in Toronto Harbour and the surrounding waters of Lake Ontario. However you choose to spend your time on the water, the invitation is the same: slow down, breathe deeply, and return refreshed. Three ways to book, each one stackable with a guided breathwork session.

WHY THE WATER
A boat is a nervous system in motion.
The rhythmic motion of a sailboat calms the nervous system. The boat demands attention — gentle, but completely absorbing. You cannot multitask on a sail.
We use that. You arrive as a passenger, breathing and focusing on where you are. By the time you're back at the dock, something has reorganized.
"Jeyda is an amazing energy orchestrator."
— Christina Abbott, STRUTT CENTRAL
