Join us for a nourishing 30-minute breathwork session at Arterial Gallery - where art, design, and intentional space come together to support deep restoration.
Whether you’re reconnecting with familiar faces or joining for the first time, this will be a warm, grounding evening to unwind, reset, and tap into your inner clarity.

Where: Arterial Gallery (451 Adelaide St W - enter through the laneway off Morrison St)
Led by: Breathwork Facilitator Jeyda Deyna
What to Bring
Yoga mat
Comfortable, breathable clothing
Blanket or sweater for deeper relaxation
Water bottle
Optional: Pillow or cushion for added support
Before the Session
Have a light meal or snack at least an hour prior
Stay hydrated throughout the day
Avoid heavy meals just beforehand for comfort
After the Session
Drink plenty of water
Have a light snack if needed
Give yourself a few quiet minutes before easing back into your evening
Additional Notes
Chairs will be available for anyone who prefers an upright seated option.
Soft, ambient gallery lighting will support a calming, immersive environment.
