Whether you’re reconnecting with familiar faces or joining for the first time, this will be a warm, grounding evening to unwind, reset, and tap into your inner clarity.

Time: 5:00 – 5:30 PM
Where: Arterial Gallery (451 Adelaide St W - enter through the laneway off Morrison St)
Led by: Breathwork Facilitator Jeyda Deyna

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat

  • Comfortable, breathable clothing

  • Blanket or sweater for deeper relaxation

  • Water bottle

  • Optional: Pillow or cushion for added support

Before the Session

  • Have a light meal or snack at least an hour prior

  • Stay hydrated throughout the day

  • Avoid heavy meals just beforehand for comfort

After the Session

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Have a light snack if needed

  • Give yourself a few quiet minutes before easing back into your evening

Additional Notes

  • Chairs will be available for anyone who prefers an upright seated option.

  • Soft, ambient gallery lighting will support a calming, immersive environment.
