Real seamanship
A practitioner who started on the water long before the breathwork.
Flow is led by Jeyda - sailing instructor since 2008, internationally raced, and trained with the all-women's Canadian Olympic Match Race team. The boat came first. The breath came when she noticed that a good sailor and a good practitioner were doing the same thing - reading subtle pressure, staying loose under load, trusting the long arc of the wind.
For on-water experiences, Toronto Breathwork works with certified charter and outfitter partners vetted operators with Transport Canada inspected vessels, licensed skippers, and the kind of safety standards that don't bend in a stiff breeze. Jeyda designs and leads the experience; the partners run the boat.
That matters when the wind picks up. It matters when a guest is nervous. It matters when ten people you don't yet know need to feel safe enough to take a deep breath in open water.

— How pricing works
Sunset Sail and Wellness Sail experiences are offered at a fixed per-person rate. Experiences involving partner operators (including SUP outings, and Canoe trips) are priced transparently, with third-party costs listed separately from facilitation fees. Corporate charters and custom experiences are quoted individually. We do not mark up partner services—our fees reflect only the facilitation and experience design we provide.

A boat is a nervous system
in motion.
— Why the boat
There is a physiological reason sailing calms the body. The horizon broadens the visual field. The rhythmic motion of the water can help settle the nervous system. The wind demands attention - but gently. You cannot rush a sailboat. You can only work with what is present.
Out on the water, many of the signals associated with modern stress begin to fade. There are no notifications, no traffic lights, no crowded rooms competing for attention. Instead, there is wind, movement, breath, and a clear task at hand.
A sailboat rewards awareness over force. The more attuned you become to changing conditions, the less effort is required. It is a lesson that extends well beyond the water.
The boat becomes a teacher: of presence, adaptability, and calm under changing conditions.
"Jeyda is an amazing energy orchestrator."
