Breathwork,
and the Adriatic.
A seven-night sailing journey down the Dalmatian coast - Split, Brač, Hvar, Vis, Korčula, Mljet, Dubrovnik. Sunrise practice on deck, sailing by day, anchored evenings in coastal towns where the menus haven't changed in decades.
Hosted by Yoga Sailing Holidays aboard the Oceanis 48. Jeyda joins as guest breathwork instructor - bringing the studio's evidence-informed practice to the morning and evening sessions, in partnership with the crew and skipper.

“I have tried breathwork elsewhere but it wasn't the same. I think that Jeyda has a special talent.”
