Find a calm, quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed.
Mindset Preparation:
Spend a few minutes in quiet reflection or meditation to clear your mind.
Technology Setup:
Ensure your microphone, headphones, and internet connection are working properly.
Familiarize with the Technique:
Practice the breathwork technique beforehand if provided.
Have Tissues, Water, and Light Snack Handy:
Keep tissues nearby in case of emotional release, along with water and a light snack for after.
Inform of Health Issues:
Let the host know of any health conditions that may affect your participation.
Relax and Be Open:
Approach the session with openness and readiness to engage.
