CHECKLIST

    • Opt for loose, breathable outfits that won't restrict your breathing.

    • Find a calm, quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed.

  5. Mindset Preparation:

    • Spend a few minutes in quiet reflection or meditation to clear your mind.

  6. Technology Setup:

    • Ensure your microphone, headphones, and internet connection are working properly.

  7. Familiarize with the Technique:

    • Practice the breathwork technique beforehand if provided.

  8. Have Tissues, Water, and Light Snack Handy:

    • Keep tissues nearby in case of emotional release, along with water and a light snack for after.

  9. Inform of Health Issues:

    • Let the host know of any health conditions that may affect your participation.

  10. Relax and Be Open:

    • Approach the session with openness and readiness to engage.
