RELEASE AGREEMENT

Grant of Rights: I grant Toronto Breathwork and its affiliates permission to record, film, and photograph my participation in the "Creative Clarity" podcast. I understand Toronto Breathwork owns all rights to the recorded materials and any derivatives.

Use of Materials: I agree that the recorded materials may be used, reproduced, and distributed by Toronto Breathwork in any medium for promotional and marketing purposes.

Waiver of Approval: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and its use.

Release of Claims: I release Toronto Breathwork and its affiliates from all claims related to the use of the recorded materials, including defamation, privacy, and copyright issues.

Affirmation of Age: I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that a parent/guardian has agreed to this release if I am under 18.

Binding Agreement: This release is binding on my heirs and assigns and is the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements.
