For high-performing teams
Wellness that holds up on Monday. Not a one-day spike. A durable practice.
We work with leadership teams, design studios, agencies, law firms, and startups across Toronto and beyond. The brief is almost always the same: people are tired, focus is leaking, and the conventional offsite has stopped delivering.
Our programs are built around physiological breath practice, somatic awareness, and where appropriate time on the water. We design each engagement around the specific pressure your team is under, not a generic curriculum.
Every program is built with the same three filters: does it create a measurable shift in nervous-system state, does it give the team a practice they can use Monday morning, and does it respect the time and intelligence of everyone in the room.

— How pricing works
Engagements are scoped and quoted individually, shaped around your team's size, goals, location, and the format that fits. Single sessions start at $850; most engagements land between $850 and $18,000+ depending on depth and duration. Travel beyond the Greater Toronto Area is quoted to include logistics. We respond to enquiries within a working day with a tailored proposal.

How we build
a program.
— 03 / Process
— i.
Listening, first.
We start with a conversation usually with the People lead and one or two team members. What's the pressure? Who's tired? What has and hasn't worked? No questionnaires, no decks.
— ii.
Designed, not templated.
Every program is custom. We pull from breath practice, somatic work, creative modalities, and time on the water — sequenced for your team's specific moment, not a standard curriculum.
— iii.
Quiet, durable, repeatable.
The goal is something that holds up on Monday. We give teams the framework and the small practices to keep going between sessions — and we measure what matters, sparingly.
"We had tried the usual things. This was the first one that actually stuck."
