Start your weekend with a revitalizing breathwork and meditation session designed to bring balance and clarity. Held in the cozy space of Room 212 above Carrot Common, these one-hour sessions are a perfect way to center yourself before the weekend. Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, this is a welcoming space to unwind, recharge, and connect with a supportive community.

Details:

  • When: 4th Saturday of the Month at 10 AM

  • Where: Room 212, 348 Danforth Avenue (Carrot Common)

  • Duration: 1 Hour

  • What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind!

What to Bring:

  • Your Own Yoga Mat

  • Comfortable clothing: Dress in loose, breathable clothing for ease of movement and comfort.

  • Water bottle: Stay hydrated by bringing your own water.

  • Blanket or sweater: The room may be cool, so bring something warm for relaxation.

  • Pillow or cushion: Optional for extra neck or back support during seated or reclining positions.

Before the Session:

  • Eat lightly: Have a light meal or snack at least an hour before. Avoid heavy meals that might cause discomfort during practice.

  • Hydrate: Drink water ahead of time, but avoid drinking too much right before the session for comfort.

After the Session:

  • Rehydrate: Breathwork can be detoxifying, so it’s important to drink water afterward.

  • Nourish: Have a light snack or meal post-session to replenish your energy, especially if you feel deeply relaxed.

Additional Information:

  • No yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you like.

  • Chairs are available for those who prefer seated positions instead of sitting or lying on the floor.

Afterward, feel free to explore the local cafés for a healthy snack or tea—and don’t forget to stay hydrated throughout the day!
