Start your weekend grounded, clear, and energized with a breathwork and meditation session under the open sky. Led by certified breathwork facilitator Jeyda Deyna, these one-hour sessions in beautiful Withrow Park offer a refreshing way to reconnect with yourself and nature. Whether you're brand new or experienced, all are welcome.

When: Saturdays at 10 AM
Where: Withrow Park, near the calisthenics area (see map pin) - look for the yoga mats!

What to Bring:
Yoga mat or blanket (we’ll be on the grass)
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
Water bottle
Optional: Pillow or small cushion for added comfort during seated or reclining positions
Tips for Before & After the Session:
Before:
Eat light: Have a light snack 1 hour before the session.
Hydrate: Drink some water ahead of time, but avoid too much right before we begin.
After:
Rehydrate: Breathwork can be detoxifying - sip water throughout the day.
Refuel: Enjoy a nourishing snack or stop by a local café nearby.
