This breathwork class is designed to gently guide you into a state of calm focus and presence. Through simple, guided breathing techniques and moments of stillness, participants are invited to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the body. The session is accessible to all levels and offers a space to reset, release tension, and experience a deeper sense of clarity and ease.
